Outstanding all around. Great communication, turnover time, accuracy and professionalism. Very convenient location. My laptop was overheating and performing poorly. I was not ready for a new computer nor had the time to shop around for a new system. Was also fearful of losing data. Ken replaced the fan, battery and did a thorough cleaning. The laptop works great again. Highly recommended especially if you are not ready for change.

My laptop got a virus and I wasn't able to access my emails, including my work email. Ken got me in that same day and handled the virus, and installed a better antivirus software. He knew exactly what to do, was quick to repair my computer, and was very fair in pricing. I previously had used several different PC repair shops but wasn't happy with them.
