Outstanding all around. Great communication, turnover time, accuracy and professionalism. Very convenient location. My laptop was overheating and performing poorly. I was not ready for a new computer nor had the time to shop around for a new system. Was also fearful of losing data. Ken replaced the fan, battery and did a thorough cleaning. The laptop works great again. Highly recommended especially if you are not ready for change.
